Crown Lifting
Crown Lifting is the process of removing lower limbs of the tree to allow sunlight to filter beneath and to maintain a legal safe height over footpaths and roads where the lower limbs of trees are causing an obstruction to footpaths and roads
Crown lifting is:-
- a great way of utilising space beneath trees in small gardens and also to maintain a balanced crown.
- generally carried out in many cases to allow more light to pass beneath the tree but maintaining the balance out the crown and hence make it aesthetically more pleasing.
